Noble Polymers was formed in 1997 as a stand-alone division of Cascade Engineering, whose injection molding teams needed specialized polymers to meet certain customer requirements. A team of polymer engineers was created to work on specific product projects and the concept of a separate polymers group was formed.
As part of an injection molding company, our team started on the manufacturing floor. We gathered a group of people who could combine the science of resin formation with the pragmatic application of supply chain management systems.
Five years of experience in resin development and manufacturing supply gave us the background needed to develop relationships with new customers. And a separate P&L and Balance Sheet provided full entrepreneurial freedom, although Noble Polymers was supported and nurtured by Cascade Engineering,
