The Cascade Family of Companies Diversity and Inclusion Training Programs are designed to help employees embrace diversity, better respect each other and work more effectively in team settings.

Welfare-to-Work Success
We have earned a national reputation for our Welfare-to-Work Program. Cascade Engineering provides the support necessary to help participants achieve success at work and achieve economic self-sufficiency. The program is so successful that twenty percent of our Grand Rapids, Michigan employees are Welfare-to-Work participants.

School-to-Career Program
We believe that the best way to prevent poverty is to reach children while they're still in school, giving them hope for the future. Through our School-to-Career Program, we actively recruit interns from the local high schools, showing students the value of workplace training. This program also gives Cascade Engineering an edge in locating promising local talent to recruit for full-time jobs upon their graduation.
