REGIS™ TPO SERIES

Noble Polymers’ Regis TPO Series is used in exterior automotive and commercial truck applications throughout North America. Exterior applications such as energy absorbers, chassis fairings, trailer skirts and bumper fascia are just some examples of the flexibility of this product line.

These rigid TPO products have good dimensional stability, tight shrinkage tolerances, and excellent cold impact. They are available as unfilled or highly filled compounds, can be painted or are available in a molded in color grade.

As with all of our products, the Regis series is designed with sustainability in mind. Some of the products contain recycled content and all of them all 100% recyclable.

  • Wide range of stiffness 100,000 – 350,000 psi
  • Injection molded and extrusion grades available
  • Molded in color grades – color matching capability
  • Good cold and room temperature impact
  • Easy to process
  • Wide variety of melt flow properties that allow you to make thinner parts (using less material) and large parts with simpler molds (using fewer gates)

Injection Molding Conditions

  • Molding temperature range is 380 – 450 F
  • Water temperature range is 80 -130 F
  • Specific mold flow data can be provided upon request

Extrusion Conditions

  • Extrusion temperature range is 356 – 428 F
